The Process
From finding us at an event to wearing your ring — here's exactly what to expect.
We sell in person at vendor markets and public events across Canada. Walk up, try on our test rings to find your perfect size, and talk to us directly. Your vendor will confirm the fit and record your size on the spot. No guessing, no returning the wrong size.
Pick your colour from our six available finishes. Decide whether you want a Standard ring (Folio's base design on the bezel) or a Custom Branded ring (your own logo or artwork). Fill out your order form and pay. Your ring doesn't come home with you today — that's intentional. That's where your chapter begins.
Within 1–2 business days we email you to collect your branding (if you ordered Custom Branded). Once we receive your artwork, your order goes into production. Your ring typically ships within the first week. Allow up to 30 days total, though it's usually much faster. Shipping is a flat $4 anywhere in Canada.

NFC (Near Field Communication) is a short-range wireless technology built into most modern smartphones. When you hold the Folio Ring near the back of an NFC-enabled phone, it triggers an action — opening your contact card, website, or social profile instantly. No app needed on either side.
Standard rings ship with the Folio base design printed on the bezel — clean, professional, and ready to go. Custom Branded rings have your logo, artwork, or image on the bezel instead. Both include the NFC chip and work exactly the same way. Standard rings start at $13; Custom Branded starts at $22.
After you place your order, we email you within 1–2 business days to collect your branding files. Send us your logo, image, or design. We apply it to the bezel and your order goes into production. Typically ships within the first week after we receive your artwork.

Standard orders ship within Canada only. International shipping is available for bulk orders. If you're ordering from outside Canada, email us at 1997jordanhenry1997@gmail.com to arrange shipping terms and costs.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. In the case of a verified mass defect across a batch upon arrival — where the majority of units are affected — we'll replace the affected units. That's the only exception, and it results in replacement, not a monetary refund. Please review our full Terms of Service for details.
Yes. Our standard colours are White, Black, Light Blue, Orange, Purple, and Dark Green. Custom colours are available on request and require a quote before your order is confirmed. Get in touch and we'll work through the options with you.
The Folio Ring works with any NFC-enabled smartphone, which includes most modern iPhones (iPhone 7 and newer) and the vast majority of Android devices made in the last several years. NFC functionality depends on the recipient's device — we can't guarantee compatibility with every device on the market, but it works with the overwhelming majority.
