Email address (waitlist, with CASL consent), IP address (for consent auditing), and order information (name, email, size, colour, branding files) at time of purchase. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics.
Waitlist emails are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. Order details are handled directly via email. We do not use third-party CRM or marketing platforms.
We do not sell or share your personal information. Data may be disclosed only if required by Canadian law.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email 1997jordanhenry1997@gmail.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We respond within 30 days.
Email us with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We process requests within 10 business days as required by CASL.
By placing an order you agree to these terms in full. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Custom branding is applied based on artwork you submit. Folio Ring is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files. We may decline branding requests containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content. Minor manufacturing variations from digital previews do not constitute defects.

Standard orders ship within Canada only. International shipping available for bulk orders by arrangement. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds under any circumstances. The sole exception is a verified mass defect across a batch upon arrival — approved claims result in replacement only, not a monetary refund.
You retain ownership of submitted branding files. By submitting artwork you confirm you own or have rights to it and hold Folio Ring harmless from any third-party IP claims.
