NFC (Near Field Communication) is a short-range wireless technology built into most modern smartphones. When you tap your Folio Ring to the back of an NFC-enabled phone, it triggers an action like opening your contact card, website, or social profile, instantly. No app needed on either device.
After you place your order, we email you within 1–2 business days to collect your branding: your logo, design, or image. Once we receive it, we apply it to the bezel of your ring. Your order begins processing immediately after and typically ships within the first week.
Orders typically ship within the first week of placing your order, once we have received your branding information. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Shipping is a flat $4 within Canada. Custom colour orders may take longer as they require a custom quote before production begins.
Standard orders ship within Canada only. International shipping is available for bulk orders. If you are placing a bulk order from outside Canada, please contact us directly at 1997jordanhenry1997@gmail.com to arrange shipping terms and costs.
All sales are final. Folio Ring does not offer refunds. In the case of a verified mass defect across a batch of units upon arrival, we will replace the affected units, but we do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances. Please review our full Terms of Service for details.
Yes. Standard colours are White, Black, Orange, Dark Green, and Clear. If you want something different, custom colours are available on request and require a custom quote before your order is confirmed. Get in touch and we will work with you on it.

By placing an order with Folio Ring you agree to these terms in full. Folio Ring is the sole seller of this product. All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
All Folio Rings include NFC embedding and a custom branded bezel. Custom branding is applied based on artwork you submit. Folio Ring is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted design files. We reserve the right to decline branding requests containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content. Minor variations from digital previews due to physical manufacturing do not constitute defects.

Standard orders ship within Canada only. International shipping is available for bulk orders by arrangement. A $4.00 CAD flat shipping fee applies to all domestic orders. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier. Folio Ring is not liable for carrier delays, customs, or weather.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Folio Ring does not offer refunds under any circumstances including change of mind, incorrect size ordered, errors in submitted branding files, shipping delays, or cosmetic variation.
The sole exception is a verified mass defect across a batch upon arrival. To qualify: the defect must affect the majority of units; photographic or video proof must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery; the defect must be a manufacturing or functional fault. Approved claims result in replacement only, not a monetary refund. All determinations are final.
All Folio Ring branding, designs, and materials are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your submitted branding files. By submitting design files you confirm you own or have rights to the artwork and hold Folio Ring harmless from any third-party IP claims.
Our liability is limited in all cases to the value of the original order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. NFC functionality depends on device compatibility; we do not guarantee compatibility with all devices.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction.
We may update these terms at any time. The current version applies to all new orders from the date of update. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
